悬挂降液管塔板的冲击漏液及其对传质效率的影响 被引量:2

摘要 从理论上分析了悬挂式降液管塔板上产生冲击漏液的原因,并提出在塔板的受液区安装防冲击漏液装置来减小冲击漏液量。在一f500的冷模塔内以空气-水为物系测定了冲击漏液量,在一 f 300的热模内以酒精-水为物系测定了塔板效率。结果表明:没装防冲击漏液装置的悬挂式降液管塔板的冲击漏液量达总液量的7%以上,而安装防冲击漏液装置的悬挂式降液管塔塔板基本上没有冲击漏液,可以提高塔板传质效率5%以上。 The mechanism of dumping on the tray with suspending downcomer was analyzed and an effective method was proposed to decrease dumping. We employed anti-dumping bubble unit to replace sieve perforation on the receiving area. The dumping rate was tested in a 500 diameter column with air-water and the column efficiency was tested in a 300 diameter column with ethanol-water. The results show that: The dumping rate amounts to over 7% of overall liquid rate if the bubble unit is sieve perforation on the receiving area of tray with suspending downcomer. The dumping rate becomes approached to zero and column efficiency can be improved over 5% when the anti-dumping bubble unit is used to replace the sieve perforation on the receiving area of tray with suspending downcomer.
