蓼属植物果皮微形态特征及其分类意义初探

A PRIMARYSTUDY ON THE MICROSTRUCTURAL FEATURES OF ACHENE SURFACES AND ITS TAONOMIC IMPORTANCE TO POLYGONUM

本文运用扫描电镜对部分蓼属植物果皮的微形态特征进行了观察,着重了解各类群果皮微形态特征的特性,比较不同类群间的区别,确定其分类价值。观察结果表明:蓼属植物在果皮微形态特征上存在较明显的种间差异,并且对不同类群和不同分类等级来说,其分类价值是不同的。研究结果还为蓼属某些类群和等级的合理划分提供了有用的资料。

The preseat paper is a rupert on conbined micromorphological and taxonomical studies of the genus Polygonum.It is designed as a primary probe into the micronorphological and taxonomical variability within and betwreen the different sections and species of PoIygonum.The ache- nes of 2)speeies and 2 variant,mainly colleeted in Hebei Province, were examined under stereo microscope and scanning electron microsco- pe.The result has shown clearly that the fruits of Polygonum exhibit a complex and high moophological and micromorphological diversity. Their overall shape can be trigonoas,sphetoidal,oblate spheroidal as well as biconvex,and the surface features under SEM may be grouped into six types,furrowed,striate,reticulate,foveolate,cerebroid and rugulose -undulate.Based on the comparing of different species,the authors con- sided that the micromorphological features of achenes provide most valuble criteria for classification between species and section Ievel but at subspecies level their significance is of less.
