田菁种子亚显微结构的扫描电镜观察 被引量:2

摘要 本文应用扫描电镜对田菁种子的亚微结构作了较详细的观察研究。田菁种子由种皮、胚乳、子叶等组成。种皮似革质,约占种子重量的20%,是由柱状的栅栏细胞形成的表皮层和由近圆形厚壁细胞形成的表皮下层组成。在种皮的里层有发达的胚乳,约占种子重量的30一33%,不同发育时期的胚乳细胞结构不同,田菁胶在胚乳细胞中形成后是聚积在胞内而不是分泌到胞外。子叶及胚芽等约占种子重量的46.5—50%,子叶是由富含淀粉粒的长矩形细胞及富含蛋白质体的短矩形细胞组成。本文为进一步综合利用田菁种子提供细胞学依据并从亚微结构角度证实了它的可利用性。 This paper describes in detail the substructure of Sesbania conobina seeds by scanning electron microscopy.The seed consists of the seed coat,which contains leathery substance endosperm and cotyledon.The seed coat accounting for 20% of the seed weight is composed of epi- dermis formed from palisade cells and endosexine from sphericoly scle- renchyma cells.The endosperm below the seed coat takes up 30—33% of the weight of seed.The structure of endosperm cells is different at the stages of their development.The Sesbania gum is the endosperm after its synthesis is located within the cell.46.5--50% of that seed weight is taken up by the cotyledon and plumule,the latter is consti- tuted by the tong rectangle cells with rich starch grains and the short rectangle cells with rich proteinoplasts. Therefore,it provides the cytological data for complex utilization of the Sesbania Seeds.
