竹黄结构的光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察 被引量:2

OBSERVATION OF MORPHOLOGY AND STRUCTURE OF SHIRAIA BAMBUSICOLA UNDER LIGHT AND SCANNING ELECTRONIC MICROSCOPE

摘要 通过光学显微镜和扫描镜的观察,竹黄的子囊壳呈桃形或烧瓶状,埋生在疏丝组织和拟薄壁组织组成的了座外侧,呈弧形排列,孔口朝外,其内无缘丝,中心腔内无侧丝,基部着生的子囊垂直平行排列。在每条子囊内含有6个棱形的、单行排列的,具有纵横隔膜的子囊孢子,共开裂方式属于孔口类型。同时发现在同一个子囊壳内,子囊顶端小孔和了囊孢子纵横隔膜形成发育阶段不同的细胞图像。竹黄分生孢子阶段,形成瓶梗孢子,产生在子座靠近寄主竹杆一侧内层,形状不规则的分生孢子器内。其瓶梗孢子与了囊孢子极相似,仅稍大些,且两端较尖。 Under light and scanning electronic microscope it has been foundthat the flash-shaped perithecia of Shiraia bambusicola P. Henn line onthe outsides of their stroma made of prosenbchyma and pseudoparac-hyma, and stand in curved rows. The ostiotes of the perithecium areupward and there are no periphysis in it. Its central chabers of theperithecium, paraphysis are absent. The asci, the basat growth, lineup vertically and parallel in the perithecium. Each ascium containsonly a row of six ascuspores, on the surface of ahich there are shu- ttle-like and vertical-tranverse eystidium. The releasing way of the ascipertains to the type ostile. Also found that the small holes at the tipsof asci and the vertical-tranverse Cystidium of ascuspores form Cyto-logical maps of cells at different development stage in a perithecium(Plate I. 9, 10, 11 and 12). At conidium stage, Shiraia bambusicolaP. Henn produces phialospores in its pycnidia which are irregular inthe shapes and situate in the inner part of the stroma's surfaceswhich are close to host bamboo. The morphology of phialospores aresimilar to that of ascuspores, but their volumas are somewhat bigger,and their tips pharper than ascuspore's.
