摘要
本文对甘肃龙胆科(Gentianaceae)7属25种2变种的花粉形态作了光镜及扫描电镜观察。结果表明,其花粉特征属较进化的类型;花粉粒中等大小,3孔沟或4孔沟,外壁纹饰以网状、条纹状为主;花粉形状和外壁纹饰对于分属具有一定价值。
The pollen grains of 25 species and 2 varieties of Gentianaceaefrom Gansu were examined under light microscope and scanning elec-tron microscope. All of them are medium-sized, (27.5-60.0) × (25.0-51.25)μm., 3-colporate or 4-colporate. Their exine ornamentations are mainlyreticulat eand striate. The characteristics of pollen grains belong to moreevolutionary type. The shape and ornamentation of them have impor-tant classification value.
