摘要
用小麦与黑麦属间杂种幼胚离体培养诱导愈伤组织,建立起体细胞无性繁殖系,再将杂种愈伤组织接种在含有不同浓度秋水仙素的培养基上分化培养,诱导出的再生植株克服了属间杂种的不育,自交能结实。以20ppm秋水仙素培养50天的效果最佳,结实株率达37.0%,且这种方法还能产生新的变异。
The 'callus' cultures from immatured embryo of Triticum ×Secale hybrid were established, and the calli transferred to theregeneration media containing colchicine of the different concentra-tions and induced the regeneration. The regenerated plants from thehybrid calli have seeded by self-pollination and restored fertility inintergenic hybrid. 20ppm of colchicine for 50 days is the best effect offertility in the all treatment and its percentage of seeded plant is37.0%. The method appears to induced a great deal of variation amongregenerated plants.
