活性氧与心肌缺血/再灌注损伤诱发的细胞凋亡 被引量:4

摘要 细胞凋亡是心肌缺血/再灌注损伤的病理特征之一,而且是损伤早期的主要死亡方式,对心肌缺血/再灌注损伤 及其转归具重要意义。活性氧学说是心肌缺血/再灌注性细胞凋亡的机制之一,本文综述了其信号转导途径及Bcl-2相关蛋白 家族,热休克蛋白对该途径的调控。
