摘要
用儿童常用肌注药物对仔兔88侧臀肌进行反复注射的实验研究发现:苯甲醇青霉素溶液可导致仔兔臀肌纤维化。结合临床治疗87例臀肌挛缩症患儿的发病年龄、地区差异认为:婴儿期在臀肌反复注射苯甲醇青霉素儿童臀肌挛缩症的主要致病因素。
The experiment was carried out with repeated intragluteal injections on 44 rabbits with intramuscular drugs which are commonly used in children to explore the possible etiological factors for contracted gluteal muscles(CGM). The results showed that the penicilline solution with 2% benzyalcohl as the media resulted in myofibrosis of gluteal muscles in all rabbits,reviewing the histroies and ages in 87 children with CGM we have treated in the last 5 years and regional diversity of etiology,we think that repeated intragluteal injection of penicilline with bezyalcohol is the main contributing factor to the disease,
