摘要
目的 :探讨内田 -克莱佩林测验结果与飞行学员工作绩效、情绪稳定性的关系。方法 :根据内田 -克莱佩林测验成绩将 3 5 3名飞行学员分组 ,采用访谈法和艾森克人格测验对 3 5 3名飞行学员的情绪稳定性进行评估 ,比较不同组在理论学习成绩、招飞成绩、飞行成绩和情绪稳定性上的差别。结果 :根据能力和偏差指数将被试分为 3组 ,能力指数高、偏差指数低组在飞行成绩 (t=2 2 3 ,P <0 0 5 )比能力指数低、偏差指数高组且差异有显著性 ;情绪稳定性 (他评 )在兴奋性的不同水平有显著差异 ,兴奋水平适度的情绪稳定性最好 ,招飞测验成绩在不同可变性水平有显著差异 ,飞行成绩在启动性的过度与不足 (t =2 2 7,P <0 0 5 )及适度和不足间有差异 (t =2 12 ,P <0 0 5 )启动性不足的飞行成绩最差 ,而可变性过度的招飞成绩最好 ,理论学习成绩仅具有上述三个神经类型的二阶交互作用。结论 :内田 -克莱佩林测验在飞行学员选拔上有一定的应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between score of Uchida-Kraepelin test, achievement and stability of emotion Method: 353 cadets received Uchida-Kraepelin test and EPQ, their academic achievement and flying performance were also recorded Results: According to Uchida-Kraepelin test, those with high ability and low disorder had better flying performance than those with low ability and high disorder (t=2 23, P<0 05) Those with middle level of excitability had best stability of emotion Those lack of startup were worst in academic achievement, while high flexible cadets had best achievements Conclusion: Uchida-Kraepelin test is useful in selection of pilots in civil aviation
