摘要
采用ELISA和IFA法检测细胞培养中EHFV抗原,检出时间分别在病毒感染细胞后第4d 和第6d,对 EHFV 抗原的定量检测提示病毒释放的高峰期在其感染细胞后10~12d,患者血浆标本 EHFV 抗原的检出率为26.6%。以上结果指出 ELISA 法用于 EHFV 抗原的检测比 IFA 法优越,适用于实验室对 EHFV 繁殖的监测,而检测 EHFV 抗原用于临床诊断则敏感性太低。
ELISA and IFA were used to detect antigen of EHFV in cell cultures. Viral antigen emerges on 4th and 6th day after the virus penetrated cell respectively.Virus' peak release is on 10~12th day by quantitative analysis. EHFV antigen positive rate was 26.6% in the plasma samples.The results above showed that ELISA was more accurate than the IFA in the quantitative analysis of EHFV antigen,It is applicable in the monitoring of propagation of EHFV in the laboratory.But also,it is helpless in the clinical diagnosis.
