摘要 生物芯片技术是近年来兴起的一项综合性的高新技术,它以微机电系统技术和生物技术为依托,将生命科学研究中的许多不连续过程(如样品制备、生化反应、检测等步骤)集成并移植到一块普通邮票大小的芯片上去,并使这些分散的过程连续化、微型化,以实现对大量生物信息进行快速、并行处理的要求. As a new and promising technology,biochips could fulfill tasks such as sample preparation,biochemical reaction and result detection.The sample-preparation chip is used for processing complex biological sam- Ides,the biochemical reaction chip is used for performing quick and efficient biochemical reactions,and the detection chip is used for doing separation-based detection and affinity-binding-based detection of reactant.
