针对人们在酸奶认识上的“盲区” ,介绍了酸奶的概念、种类及营养价值 ,从而更好地引导人们消费 ,确保消费者身心健康。
In view of people's misunderstanding to yoghurt, this paper introduces the concepts, variety and nutrition values of yoghurt for the purpose of guiding people to consume reasonably and keeping health.
