摘要
在工业企业运作中 ,人、财、物、产、供、销各个环节不断地产生着信息 ,但这些信息在企业流转的效率如何 ,信息传递的费用、保真度如何 ,并没有引起企业管理者的足够重视。通过对开会这种传统信息传播方式的剖析 ,认为利用此方式传播信息是不可取的 。
The information is produced in every link of enterprise operation, but the efficiency, cost, fidelity of the information transmission are not pay attention to by managers. This paper analyzes shortcomings of traditional meeting way to transmit information, and puts forward improved measures.
