摘要
进行了胡萝卜片的微波干燥试验 ,获得了失水特性及耗电特性 ;通过回归分析获得了微波干燥胡萝卜方程 ,采用 Page方程拟合较佳 .
A series of microwave drying tests on carrot were conducted. The dehydrating characteristics and power consumption characteristics were obtained. It was indicated that the regression model of microwave drying on carrot slices accords with the equation of Page.
