Modern natural science characterized by Relativity,Quantum Theory and Modern Cosmology came into being in the Physical Revolution broken out in the 20 th century which has brought the human society into the stage of'modern science'.In this article the author by means of Relativity;Quantum Theory and Modern Cosmology ponders over philosophy basic questions deduces and proves that the existence between material and spirit is of relatively 'simultaneity' features.The discovering of the'Simultaneity'has offered a brand new method for the study of each related subject,especially the study of higher stage complexity of the cross-subjects.
