摘要
我国基础研究原创性成果匮乏的根本原因是科学积累上的弱势。就科学整体发展水平而论 ,中国科学正处在一个积累的 ,而非原创的时代。科学积累不单纯是知识的积累 ,它有着更广泛的社会学意义。积累是取得原创性成果的前提与基础 。
The original innovation in China's basic research is deficient.It is considered that the reason is the weakness in accumulation of science.In the whole level of science development,China's basic research is being the period of accumulation in science but not being the period of original innovation.Accumulation of science does not mean accumulation of knowledge only.It has comprehensive sociological significance.Accumulation in science is the base and the antecedent condition for obtaining original innovative achievements.To pay attention to the accumulation in science during the original basic research is beneficial and necessary to the development of science in our country.
