三维超声成像在胃部肿瘤中的应用

Clinical application of three-dimensional ultrasonography in gastric neoplasm

目的 探讨三维超声成像在胃肿瘤病中的诊断价值。方法 以胃镜及手术病理为检查的诊断标准。采用三维超声成像技术对 34例胃肿瘤进行三维成像并与X线胃肠造影对照。结果 三维超声成像后图像清晰、直观、立体感强 ,有效地弥补了X线胃肠造影和二维超声的不足。三维超声可做任意角度和方向的旋转 ;利用交互切割面显示肿瘤浸润程度及周边关系 ;可测量肿瘤体积及溃疡面积。结论 三维超声成像为胃部肿瘤诊断提供了新的方法 ,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the dynamic value of three-dimensional ultrasonographic image in gastric neoplasm.Methods By using three-dimensional ultrasonographic imaging technique, 34 cases of gastric neoplasm were reconstructed and compared with the X-ray gastrointestinal contrast.Results Three-diminsional ultrasonographic image had given a clear and stereoscopic image, and had overcome the shortcomings of the X-ray gastrointestinal contrast and two-diminsional ultrasonography. From the divertion of any angle and direction in 360℃ the technique of 3D sectional method could clearly display the depth and the scope of the neoplasm's infiltration and measure the neoplasm's volume and the ulcerated area. Conclusion 3D reconstruction has an important clinical value in diagnosing gastric neoplasms.
