包头市中学生吸烟状况的调查

Investigation on the Smoking Condition among the Middle School Students in Baotou

目的 :了解包头市中学生吸烟状况。方法 :采用分层整群抽样的方法对两所市政中学和两所厂矿中学的2 890名学生进行统一的问卷调查。结果 :中学生平均吸烟率 38.80 % ,男生吸烟率为 5 9.5 2 % ,女生吸烟率为 8.13% ;初中生吸烟率为 2 6 .73% ,高中生吸烟率为 4 4 .36 % ;厂矿中学学生吸烟率为 4 5 .6 2 % ,市政中学学生吸烟率为 33.6 4 %。男生吸烟率明显高于女生 ,高中生吸烟率高于初中生 ,厂矿中学学生吸烟率明显高于市政中学。男女生开始吸烟年龄高峰均在10～ 14岁。结论 :中学生吸烟行为非常严重 ,应引起家庭、学校。

Objective:To study the smoking Condition of middle school students in Baotou city.Methods:2 890 students were studied from the two municipal schools and two factory-run schools by the questionaire.Results:The rate of smoking was 38 80% in middle school students (males 59.52%and females 8 13%),the junior middle students26 73% and the senior 44 36%;the students in municipal schools33 64% and in factory-run schools 45 62%.The rate of smoking in the males was higher than that in the females,the smoking rate in senior middle school students was higher than that in junior middle school students,the smoking rate for students in factory-run schools was higher than that for students in municipal schools. The average age of beginning to smok in both males and females is 10～14 years.Conclusion:The smoking behavior among the middle school students is very serious,to which great importance should be attached by the family,school and the society.
