高血压对2型糖尿病患者血脂的影响

Influence of Hypertension on Plasma Lipid Profile in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的 观察高血压对 2型糖尿病患者血脂的影响。方法 将 4 2 9例住院病人分为高血压病组 (EH ,171例 )、糖尿病合并高血压病组 (DM +EH ,117例 )、糖尿病组 (DM ,14 1例 ) ,比较三组患者血脂变化情况 ,并做分层分析。结果 血浆总胆固醇 (Tc)、甘油三脂 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL c)水平在高血压病组≤ 5 5岁男性患者中明显高于 >5 5岁男性患者 (P <0 0 1) ,女性患者的血浆TC、TG、LDL明显高于男性患者 (P <0 0 1) ;在高血压合并糖尿病组≤ 5 5岁男性患者中主要表现为TG增高 ,同样 >5 5岁女性患者的TC、TG、LDL也明显高于男性患者 (P <0 0 1) ;在糖尿病组中 ,血脂变化与性别和年龄关系不大。结论 年龄和性别对高血压病和糖尿病合并高血压者血脂影响较大 ,糖尿病和高血压时血脂异常的类型有所不同 。

Objective To investigate the effects of blood pressure on plasma lipid profile in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Fasting levels of total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), and LDL cholesterol(LDL c) were investigated in type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension(DM+EH, n =117), patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with normal blood pressure(DM, n =141), simple essential hypertension patients (EH, n =171). Results TC, TG, and LDL c were significantly higher in male patients with essential hypertension aged less than 55 yrs compared to those aged more than 55 yrs. TC, TG, and LDL c were significantly higher in female patients with essential hypertension aged less than 55 yrs compared to male patients. In type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated hypertension, TG were significantly higher in male patients aged less than 55 yrs. TC, TG, and LDL c were significantly higher in type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension aged more than 55 yrs. Conclusion Plasma lipid profiles are influenced not only by diabetes mellitus but also the hypertension.
