目的 :研究在不同消化温度下 ,对中成药中砷含量测定的影响 ,找出消化的适宜温度。方法 :选用HNO3 -HClO4消化方法 ,用较成熟的DDC -Ag方法在 5 2 7nm处测定砷含量。 结果 :不同消化温度 ,砷含量测定结果不同。结论 :测定中成药中砷含量时的适宜消化温度应控制在 10
Objective : To study on the different temperature influence to the arsenic content of traditional Chinese medicine and find a appropriate dissolving temperature .Methods :The arsenic content were determined by HNO 3-HClO 4 dissolving method and DDC-Ag method at 527nm.Results:The different of arsenic content were distinctive at different temperatures . Conclusion : The appropriate dissolving temperature should be controlled under 100 degree. [
