摘要
针对不规则域曲面逆向重建中存在的问题 ,提出了一种新的不规则域曲面的重建方法 .通过定义曲面的导引线并对导引线进行延伸、平移变换 ,建立不规则域曲面的规范化四边曲面边界 ,应用曲线的延伸方法 ,对截面测量曲线进行一阶连续延伸 ,生成虚拟域空间数据 ,从而建立四边规范域内的全局截面曲线模型 ,通过不规则域边界曲线对四边规范化域曲面的裁剪 ,可建立不规则域曲面模型 .该方法可广泛应用于逆向工程中不规则域曲面的重构 。
A new method is present to deal with the problem of the reverse reconstruction of surface with irregular domain.By defining the guiding curves of a surface with irregular domain and through extension and translation of these curves, a regular quadrangle can be obtained as the boundary of the surface.Using first order continuous extension on the cross sectional measure curves of the surface, point data of a virtual surface are generated to yield a global cross sectional curves model over the regular quadrangle.The surface can then be recompose by adjusting the guiding curves according to the deviation of the boundary of the irregular domain and the regular quadrangle. This method can be widely used in the reconstruction of surface with irregular domain in reverse engineering and the quality of the constructed surface can be guaranteed.
