摘要
为了使环缝磨稳定运行在最佳工作状态 ,提高运行的稳定性和经济性 ,以环缝磨机的出力数学模型为依据 ,提出将具有自学习功能的动态自寻最优控制与常规控制相结合的控制策略 ,设计了应用可编程序控制器与工业微机相结合的控制系统。
In order to make annular gap mill to work steadily at the best state,promote its running stability and efficiency, a control strategy is proposed based on mathematical models of annular gap mill, which combines ordinary control system with dynamic self optimizing control system. A complete control system using PLC and industrial computer for annular gap mill has been designed.
