摘要 采用先进的表面技术复合制备生物活性梯度涂层材料 .通过与rhBMP_2生物组装获得具有骨诱导功能的复合人工骨材料 ,这种材料在植入动物体内 3周后即可形成大量的新生骨细胞和骨组织 ,新生骨组织沿着涂层的微孔长入 ,与涂层结合紧密 .16周后新生骨组织矿化均匀 ,形成比较成熟的、排列有序的层板编织骨 .作为对比研究的金属钛合金植入体在与骨组织结合的界面中只是形成大片的纤维组织 。 The HA gradient coating on Ti alloy substrate was developed using PVD and plasma spraying techniques. The coating was assembled with rhBMP_2 to obtain a new type of composite artificial bone materials which possesses osteoinductive function. The implantation into animal indicated that a large amount of new generative bone cells and bone tissue were formed on the top layer of the coating in 3 weeks after the implantation. The new generative cartilage and bone tissues had grown into the pores on the top layer of the coating and bonded to the coating firmly. In 16 weeks after the implantation, the new generative bone tissue was mineralized homogeneously and relative mature and order_arranged laminar woven bone were formed. As a comparison, the uncoated Ti alloy rods showed very different implanting result: only the piece_like fibrous tissue could be observed in 16 weeks after the implantation and no new generative bone tissue was found.
