复方丹参滴丸治疗老年冠心病的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of Compound Dan Sen Drop in treating old patients with coronary heart disease.

目的 观察复方丹参滴丸治疗老年冠心病疗效。方法 184例病人随机分为2组。复方丹参滴丸组88例(男性48例,女性40例,平均年龄58.6岁),复方丹参滴丸每次10粒,每日3次;消心痛组96例(男性52例,女性44例,平均年龄63.8岁)。消心痛每次5mg,每日3次,均为12周为1疗程。结果 复方丹参滴丸组心绞痛症状改善为93.18％,消心痛则为66.67％(P<0.01);心电图改善复方丹参滴丸组为92.05％,而消心痛组则为66.50％(P<0.01)且复方丹参滴丸还可降低心率、血压、血脂,治疗期间未发现明显毒副作用。结论 复方丹参滴丸是治疗老年冠心病的安全、有效的理想药物。

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Compound Dan Sen Drop in treating old patients with coronary heart disease. [Methods] 184 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 88 cases (male: 48, female: 40, average age: 58.6) as investigating group were treated with compound Dan Sen Drop, 10 drops once, 3 times a day; 96 cases (male: 52, female: 44, average age: 63.8) as the control group were treated with Nifedipine, 5 mg once, 3 times a day. Both groups took 12 weeks' treatment. [Results] Reducing rate of angina pectoris symptom in investigating group was 93 .18 % , but only 66.67 % in the control group ( P < 0.01) . Improving rate of ECG in investigating group was 92.05 % , but only 66.50 % in the control group ( P < 0.01) . Compound Dan Sen Drop could also reduce the rate of heartbeat, blood pressure, and blood- fat. No obvious side effect was found during the treatment. [Conclusion] Compound Dan Sen Drop is safe, effective and ideal in treating coronary heart disease of old patients.
