摘要
目的:观察参附注射液对骨髓的造血和细胞免疫刺激作用。方法:共治疗40例患者,在化疗后应用参附注射液。结果:参附注射液具有明显的刺激红系、粒系和细胞免疫的作用,但对血小板无明显的刺激作用。在应用中无明显的毒副作用。结论:参附注射液在化疗后的应用是安全有效的。
Objective:To observe the hematopoietic and immuno-stimulating effect of Shenfu injec- tion.Methods:40 patients were treated.Shenfo injection was infused after chemotherapy.Results:The effect of Shenfu injection was significant in stimulating the erythroid,myeloid hematopoietic and immuni- ty,but wasn't obvious.Conclusion:Shenfu injection is a safe and effective drug after chemotherapy.
