摘要
目的:改进 LASIK 中角膜划痕形式,以易于判断错位角膜瓣是否对合。方法:将通常所用的一字划痕改为偏心的 T 字划痕。结果:当角膜瓣有水平、高低、旋转错位时或游离瓣放反时,T 字痕便无法完全重合。结论:T 字划痕是一种简便、敏感的判断角膜瓣是否错位的角膜标记。
Objective:To improve the style of marking on cornea in LASIK to make it easier to de- termine the incorrect cornea cap recovery.Methods:To change the marking'-'on cornea into'T'on one corneal side.Results:'T'marking can't maintain its shape when the corneal cap moves horizontal- ly,vertically or rotatively or the free cap is put on the reverse side.Conclusion:'T'marking is a sim- pler,esaier way to determine the incorrect cornea cap recovery.
