我国英语教学的效果历来颇受争议.出国留学的中国学生在一两年内就能与外国人自由交流,而国内的学生学了十几年的英语仍然不能很好地表达自己的思想.尽管造成这种情况的原因很多,但是语言学习的社会文化背景的作用不可忽视.随着信息技术的迅猛发展,我们可以利用信息技术创设英语学习的生动情境.本文旨在探讨利用信息技术创设英语学习情境的可行性和方法.

The achievement of English teaching and learning in China is quite controversial. The fact that the Chinese overseas students can communicate freely with foreigners in English within one or two years in English-speaking countries, makes quite disappointed many students at home who have learned English for ten or more years, but still cannot express themselves very well. What really makes the difference here, though there are many other factors, is the social and cultural environment of language learning. With the rapid development of information technology, we can use the information technology to create the vivid scene of English learning. This paper probes into the feasibility and ways of creating the scene of English learning by means of information technology.
