摘要
作者以普通中等专业学校英语专业二年级学生为对象,试图通过调查话题熟悉程度和问题类型对EFL听力理解的影响,来揭示在校中专生听力理解的认识规律.研究结果表明,话题熟悉程度效应呈显著意义,问题类型效应呈中性.作者在本研究结果与讨论的基础上,提出了听力教学的一些看法.
The study took as its subjects 68 Chinese secondary school students majoring in English. The subjects were required to take two tests: one test adopted the familiar passage'Mid Autumn Festival'as the test passage, the other test adopted the unfamiliar passage 'Boxing Day'as the test passage.Each test contains 4 local questions and 4 global questions. Both statistical and qualitative results indicate that topic familiarity and question type exert great influence on the subjects'Listening Comprehension (LC). And it was found that topic familiarity produced a great effect on LC. Question type, however, produced no significant effect.
