由班级授课制向个性化的教学组织形式转变 ,是现代大学教学组织形式的发展趋势。 1 8世纪法国洛可可沙龙和英国伦敦咖啡馆这两种当时知识分子活动的制度化场所给人们的启示是 ,我国大学应将“沙龙”、“咖啡馆”、“俱乐部”以及“茶座”、“BBS板”等作为教学组织的辅助形式 ,充分发挥其精神交往、精神生产、文化学习和文化娱乐的功能 ,从而活跃大学学术气氛 ,创设自由研讨的环境 。
