合肥市底层框架砌体房屋震害预测

本文通过对底层框架砌体房屋既有震害资料的研究 ,结构的薄弱层能通过比较层间屈服强度系数得到 ,建立了抗力指标与震害程度之间的一般关系。并根据“合肥市防震减灾信息系统”中合肥市中市区底层框架砌体房屋的抗震调查资料 ,对该类房屋的未来震害情况进行了预测分析 ,为抗震设计。

In this paper,through the study of the past earthquake disaster data of brick masonry building with frame structure in the first story,the weak story of the building was obtained by comparing the yielding strength of the stories.General relations between resistance index and degree of earthquake disaster were built.Based on the investingating data of brick masonry buildings with frame structure in the first story in the central zone of Hefei city provided by `Hefei City Earthquake Disaster Mitigation Information System',the future earthquake disaster for such type of buildings is analyzed and predicted.It can be served as a reference for seismic design and strengthening.
