摘要
生物标记分析是在生物化学和分子生物学技术基础上发展起来的,研究毒性物质对生物体产生毒性效应的方法,正成为生态毒理学和环境风险评价研究中的一项重要技术手段。该方法对检测并定量分析各类混合毒性物质所引发的遗传毒性,具有积极的意义,包括以蛋白质特性为基础的蛋白质标记,检测亚细胞毒性水平遗传毒性的生理性标记,及以遗传物质DNA的结构和多态性为特征的分子标记等。该方法具有测定灵敏、快速的特性,在遗传毒性的研究中将发挥出越来越大的作用。
Biomarker assay is a potential method used for environmental toxicology study, which is based on the development of biochemistry and molecular biology. It is becoming an important means in ecotoxicolgy and environmental risk assessment and is meaningful to quantitative analysis for every mixed toxic material induced genotoxicity, including protein marker characterized with protein properties, physiological label based on subcellular toxicity level and molecular marker that characterized with DNA polymorphism. These methods are more sensitive and quicker than the traditional way. So they will be valuable in the genotoxicity study.
