摘要
简要介绍了流动注射分析 (FIA)—气体扩散法测定海水中NH4 N的实验方法。通过条件实验和优化选择 ,给出利用本法测定海水中NH4 N的最佳条件 ,此方法与次溴酸盐氧化法相比具有快速、省时、方便、适合批量测定样品和船上操作等优点。
The paper briefly introduced the experiment method of determining NH 4-N in seawater by flow injection analysis-gas diffuseness method. Through the conditional experiment and optimization, the best condition of the determination was given. Compared with the hypobromite oxidation method, the method above mentioned has many advantages. It is fast, saving time, convenient and suitable for determining a batch of samples and to operate on board.
