摘要
从铝型材的封孔机理出发 ,介绍了封孔液中的Ni2 + 、F-、pH值、温度、以及杂质等因素对铝材封孔质量的影响 ,并采取了相应的槽液维护措施 ,对提高型材质量。
Based on the principle of hole sealing for aluminum profiles, the effect of Ni 2+ , F -, pH value, temperature, impurities and other factors in hole sealing bath on sealing quality is described. The bath maintaining measures for practical production are also recommended, which have certain significance to improving profile quality, reducing cost and increasing economic benefit.
