摘要
目的 了解我部战士的营养状况。方法 采用 3d膳食称量法进行膳食调查 ,按标准方法进行体格检查 ,并随机抽取 2 6 3名战士进行血红蛋白、血钙、血铁、尿维生素C的测定。结果 三大营养素摄入量达到标准 ,但钙及维生素B2 摄入不足 ;身高发育属中等 ,按BMI评价方法 ,调查人群中 ,体格发育标准者占 82 % ,消瘦者占 12 % ,肥胖者占 5 4 9% ;生化结果血红蛋白、血铁均正常 ,平均血钙虽达到标准 ,但低于正常值者占调查人群的 39% ,所占比例较大 ;维生素C含量严重缺乏 ,低于正常值者占 92 %。结论 我部战士营养状况基本良好 ,建议合理调整膳食结构 ,注意食品多样化 ,提高谷类、豆类、蔬菜类的摄入 。
Objective To investigate and evaluate the nutritional status of the armed police Forces in Hunan.Methods Three day diet weighting,anthropological measurements and biochemistry tests were conducted.263 soldiers were selected randomly,and their blood samples were collected to examine the levels of blood hemoglobin,serum calcium and iron and urine vitamin C.Results The intake of protein,fat and carbohydrate reached RNI,but calcium and Riboflavin were not sufficient.5.49% of the soldiers were obesie and 12% were underweight.92% had deficiency in vitamin C and 39% in calcium.Conclusion The nutritional status of Armed Police in Hunan is fine.But some nutrients do not meet the requirements for soldiers,especially calcium and vitamin C.The dietary structure needs to be adjusted to meet the nutritional need of the soldiers.Especially,the intake of vegetables,milk,beans and bean products should be increased.
