摘要 目的 :探讨血液回收在小儿脊柱侧弯矫形术中的应用价值。方法 :对各 2 0例脊柱侧弯矫形术患者分别采用输自身回收血液和输异体库血的方法 ,而使患者术后HCT≥ 30 % ,Hb≥ 10g/L ,并观察输血时过敏反应的发生率。结果 :采用血液回收组可以明显减少异体库血的需要量 ,而且可避免输异体血时发生的过敏反应。结论 :血液回收在小儿脊柱侧弯矫形术中具有很高的应用价值。 Objective: To approach the value of intraoperative autologous transfusion in the patients for idiopathic scoliosis orthomorphia.Methods:Twenty patients(intraoperative autologous transfusion group)who underwent posterior instrumentation and orthomorphia for idiopathic scoliosis with the use of intraoperative autologous transfusion device were compared with twenty patients (control group)who underwent the same procedure by homologous transfusion.Record the incidence of allergy of the transfusion.Results:The control group utilized significantly more homologous transfusion than the intraoperative autologous transfusion group.The control group had four(20%)patients who suffered allergy to the homologous blood.Conclusion:The intraoperative autologous transfusion have higher value for the patients who underwent posterior instrumentation and fusion for idiopathic scoliosis.
