摘要 目的 :探讨高压氧 (HBO)保存对离断肢体的影响。方法 :大鼠右后肢离断后 ,分别放在HBO下和室内空气中保存 ,测定骨骼肌Na+ -K+ -ATP酶和Ca2 + -ATP酶活性并观察骨骼肌超微结构改变。再选用大鼠 30只进行肢体离断后原位再植 ,随机分为对照组、HBO组、室内空气组。于再植术后 2 4h测定每份血清肌酸磷酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶、谷草转氨酶的含量。到术后第 10d评价肢体成活率。结果 :HBO中保存对酶活性和超微结构的影响皆明显优于室内空气中保存。再植术后 2 4h血清酶含量 ,高压氧组较室内空气组低 (P <0 .0 1)。HBO组成活率为 10 0 % ,而室内空气组为5 0 % ,有显著差异 (x2 =6 .6 7,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :HBO保存对大鼠离断肢体具有保护作用。 Objective: To elucidate any possible benefit effects of Hyperbaric Oxygen(HBO) preservation on amputated limbs. Methods: The animals with amputed right hindlimbs for 6 hours were divided randomly into 2 groups and 6 rats in each. The right hindlimb was placed in room air or in HBO both at (22.5±2.5)℃. Na +-K +-ATP ase and Ca 2+ -ATP ase activities were determined and ultrastructure of the skeletal muscle were observed. The hindlimbs were chosen to be replanted by microvascular anastomses after storage in either room air or HBO for 6 hours. Control group: those with immediate replantation after the hindlimb amputated, HBO group:those with replantation of the hindlimb after storage in HBO for 4.5 hours; Room air group:those with replantation of the hindlimb after storage in room air for 4.5 hours; At 24th hour following replantation, each serologic sample taken from artery of tail was analyzed for creatin phosphokinase(CPK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT). At the 10th day postoperativly survival rates of the replanted limbs were calculated. Results: The enzyme activities and ultranstructure storage in HBO were significantly better than in room air. The levels of enzyme storage in HBO were lower than in room air at 24th hour following replantation. Comparisons of survival rates between group HBO and group room air demonstrated significant diference (100 vs 50 percent x 2 =6.67, P <0.05).Conclusions: HBO had protective effects on amputated limbs of rats.
