骨折愈合过程中血流量变化与VEGF的相关性研究

The Related Study of Blood Flow at the Fractured End and VEGF in the Process of Fracture Healing

目的 :探讨骨折愈合过程中血管内皮生长因子 (Vascularendothelialgrowthfactor ,VEGF)对骨折端血流量变化的影响。方法 :大耳白兔 10 5只 ,随机分对照组、VEGF组及抗VEGF组 ,各组于伤后 8、2 4、72h ,1、3、5、8周利用单光子放射计算机断层显像术 (singlephotonemissioncomputerizedtomography ,SPECT)测定骨折端血流量变化。结果 :应用VEGF使骨折端血流量在一定时间内较对照组增高 ;抗VEGF可导致骨折端血流量明显减少。结论 :VEGF对骨折端血流量变化可能影响骨折愈合 ,有重要意义。

Objective:To study the effect of VEGF to the blood flow at the fractured end in the process of fracture healing.Methods 105 rabbits were random divide into control group application of VEGF group and anti-VEGF group,then the bloo flow at the fractured end was assayed by SPECT(Single photon emission computerized tomography)at different intervals(8,24,72th hours,1,3,5,8th week after fracture)after fracture.Results The blood flow at the fracture site increasd in the VEGF administration groups and decreased in the anti-VEGF groups compared to the control groups in a definite time.Conclusions VEGF is very important to the changing of blood flow at the fractured end,and maybe as an important factor in the process of fracture healing.
