摘要
基于我国城市化趋势和人多地少的国情 ,认为城市土地利用合理与否对我国城市化进程有着重要影响。目前城市土地利用的科学水平不高 ,城市用地无计划地扩张 ,土地利用结构不合理 ,效益低 ,环境问题严重。提出应加强宏观管理 ,建立规范化土地市场 ,加强生态环境系统建设 ,做好土地综合开发。
In this paper,based on the national conditions of the densely population and fairly limited farmland and the tendency of urbanization in our country,the author considering that the process of urbanization was influenced by land use of city.Now,the science level of city land use is not high,and the city expands to outside with no the plan,and the construction of the land use is not reasonable,the performance is low,and the environment problem is serious.Finally,the paper put forward to enhance the macro view management,and establish the normal market of the land,and enhance the eco-system construction,and work well the land to synthesize the development
