摘要
济南市农村土地后备资源严重匮乏 ,建设占用和设置并存 ,土地整理势在必行。从农村居民点用地、农田、废弃地、未利用地等方面对土地整理模式作了探讨 ,认为应强化政府职能、健全各项法律法规、建立专项资金。
Land arrangement is imperative on the basis of the serious lack of potential rural land resources and the existence of constructive occupation and the unused in Jinan.The paper discusses the models of rural land arrangement which includes rural resident area,farmland,discarded land,unreclaimed land,then puts forward the related countermeasures,for example,exerting the main influence of goverment,making all sorts of codes and statutes perfect,constructing special fund and intensifying the propaganda of alws,etc.
