河流洪泛湿地的功能特征及综合开发利用——以向海湿地为例

THE FUNCTION AND INTEGRATIVE EXPLOITATION FOR RIVER FLOODING WETLAND-A CASE STUDY AT XIANGHAI WETLAND

以向海湿地为例 ,分析了典型的河流洪泛湿地的功能特征 ,即蓄洪防旱、调节径流、控制洪水、净化过滤污染物、为珍稀生物提供栖息地以及巨大的初级生产功能等。为综合开发利用河流洪泛湿地资源 ,提出了先获取湿地要素指标 ,建立评价指标体系 ,再做好综合开发示范 ,调整。

Taking Xianghai wetlands as an example,this paper analyses the powerful function of river flooding wetland.These function include flood contor.pollution filter,aquatic productivity,waterfowl and other birds habitat.To effectively exploit and utilize the river flooding wethand resources,it is necessary to apply 3S(RS,GIS,GPS)technology to investigate and acquire accurately information for elements of wetland resources,as well as to create integratie assessment index system for wetland.Taking two measures to treat wetland.First,for non-damaging wetland resources,we should exploit and utilize them on multiple ways and levels,second,for damaging wetland,we should take positively measures to regulate and restore the wetland resources,so as to realize the sustainable utilization for Xianghai river flooding wetland resources.
