The thinking of ecological environment proteetion about forest ecology,agriculture ecology,temperate land ecology,water ecology,minerals resource development,biological diversity in Heilongjiang province were discused in the paper.In the meanwhile,the basic principles of ecological environmental Protection of Heilongjiang Province were also expounded.
