摘要
简述了冶金含锌铅粉尘综合利用工艺的现状和不足 ;提出含锌铅粉尘锌铅分离的新概念和新方法 ;试验得到了较佳工艺 :铝浴法 ,还原温度 110 0℃ ,还原时间 4 5min ,粘结剂配比 0 5 % ,自然碱度 ,可少加或不加碳粉。收集所得的氧化锌粉含ZnO90 %以上 (最高达 92 5 2 % ) ,PbO小于 5 % ;锌挥发率和铅富集率达 90 % 。
In this paper,the present state and shortage of utilization of dusts bearing Zn Pb from metallurygical plants are summaried; a new theory and a new method of separation of Zn Pb from the dusts are davanced;The best process parameters show:aluminium bath smelting reduction with a reduction temperture of 1 100℃ ,reduction time 45min,nature basicity,binder 0.5%,no or little C powder is needed.ZnO conent of volatile matter is over 90%(the best gets up to 92.52%),PbO content is less than 5%;the Zn volatilization rate and Pb enrichment rate are up to 90%.
