摘要
铅渣回转干燥窑烟气污染源治理与铅渣过滤工艺改进同期进行考虑机 ,经过测试和实验 ,提出并论证采用全自动厢式压滤机代替圆盘过滤 ,并取消回转干燥窑的方案是可行的。经投入生产运行几个月的各项指标结果均超过预期效果 ,获得较好的经济效益和环境效益 ,每年可创经济效益 134万元 。
The treatment of flue gas pollution source from a rotary drying kiln with lead skim and the modification of lead skim filtration process are taken into account at the same period.It is feasible for the scheme of replacing disk filtration by a full automatic chamber filter press and eliminating the rotary drying kiln after testing,experiment and demonstration.All the indexes of the production operations of several months are higher than the predicted ones,by which good economic and environmental benefits are achieved.An economic benefit of 1,340,000 yuan/year is obtained.A unified development of economic,social and environmental benefits in our mine is also realized due to the elimination of a pollution source.
