摘要
在X射线检测中 ,图像中散射噪声、射线束的不均匀性等是影响检测质量的重要因素。本文将分析X射线图像中散射的分布规律和低频噪声对图像的质量劣化影响 ,以求得散射的理论分布公式 ,为实际射线检测方法提供理论依据。在此基础上提出了基于小波的综合校正方案 ,首先利用上述理论依据 ,获取低散射的原始图像 ;再采用多分辨分析的图像校正方法 ,对其进行校正 ,得到了较为满意的结果。这种多分辨分析法不仅具有普适性和实时性 。
As important factors in X-ray detection, scatter noise and unbalanced distribution of X-ray etc. directly affect image quality. This paper analysed scatter distribution in X-ray images and the contribution of low frequency noise to image deterioration, then deduced the expression of scatter distribution, which provides a theoretical basis for real X-ray detection. Wavelet based multiresolution analysis is used to correct images acquired under the above theoretical basis. The results are satisfactory. The method not only avoids the necessity of making different models under different experiment conditions, but also provides a promising method for real-time X-ray image correction.
