摘要 本文首先对静液挤压钨合金的微观组织及力学性能进行了测试 ,然后通过定量金相实验对不同静液挤压变形量钨合金中钨颗粒的连接度进行了测试 ,得到了不同方向上钨颗粒有效连接度随挤压变形量的变化规律 。 The microstructure,mechanical properties of the tungsten alloy 93 deformed by hydrostatic extrusion are studied by way of static? dynamic tensile experiment and quantitative metallography experiment. The tungsten particle's valid contiguity on different deformation direction are obtained. With this study it can be concluded that the decrease of axial valid contiguity and the elongation of tungsten particles on axis direction are the main factors to strengthen the tungsten alloy through hydrostatic extrusion.
