摘要
通过改制上市进行股权融资,是解决乡镇企业融资难问题、促进乡镇企业完善治理结构的重要途径。本文对乡镇企业上市公司股权融资的规模、结构和绩效进行了实证分析,指出了乡慎企业上市公司股权融资方面存在的突出问题,并探讨了相应的对策。
Listing and equity financing of the Township-Village Enterprises is an important way of resolving the financing problem, reforming the property right system and modernizing enterprise system of township-village enterprises. In this paper, we analyze equity financing's current situation of the township-village enterprises listed from the angles of the scale, the structure and the administration results, point out its main problems and put forward some countermeasures.
