摘要
本文在对轮轨非赫兹接触计算程序进行开发的基础上,用该程序分析计算了我国货车作用21t、23t、25t 轴重情况下的轮轨接触应力、接触面积,并在 JD—1型轮轨模拟试验机上对非赫兹接触理论计算结果进行了试验验证。通过理论分析与计算结果比较得出:轮轨接触应力宜用非赫兹接触理论计算而不宜用赫兹接触理论计算。
A Calculatin program of wheel-rail non-Hertzian contact isdeveloped.It can be used to calculate the wheel-rail stresses andcontact regions for the freight ears of 21 t,23 t and 25 t axleloads.The validity of the method is verified on the JD-1wheel-rail simulation facility.Through comparison,the paperconcludes that for the analysis of the wheel-rail contact stresses,the non-Hertzian contact theory is beret than the Hertzian Contaottheory.
