四川柑桔根线虫(Tylenchulus semipenetrans)的研究

本文报导了柑桔根线虫各虫态的生物学特性和杀线剂的筛选。在重庆地区该线虫附着在锦橙细根上的土中,2,3龄幼虫在5月和9月有两个高峰期。雌、雄幼虫为7此1,危害柑桔细根主要是雌幼虫。10%灭克磷1.5克/株,10%克线磷2克/株和3%呋喃丹4克/株防治效果最好。

An investigation of the morphological and biological characteristicsof Tvlenchulus semipenetrans at different instars and a comparison ofseven nematocides each with three rates were made in a plot trial inChongqing,China.This species of nematode was found to occur mainly inthe 15 cm layer of the soil,attached to the tiny roots of the citrus trees.The number of young nematodes at 2nd or 3rd instars exhibited twoPeaks in May and in September.The ratio of male:female in the youngnematodes was approximately 7:1.The iujury to the trees was chieflycaused by the female.Of the nematocides tested 1.5-2 g 10% Mocap,2 g10% Nemacur or 4 g 3% Furadan per tree gave most satisfactory results.
