应用Dot-ELISA法检测肉品中沙门氏菌的研究 被引量:5

摘要 应用Dot-ELISA法检测了100个分割肉样品,沙门氏菌检出率为0,10个人工污染的沙门氏菌样品,检出率为100%,与常规培养法的符合率为100%。在屠宰加工的312个样品中,检出率为19.23%,与常规培养法的符合率为99.36%。检出时间仅需24小时,比常规法缩短3~4天。敏感性、特异性较好。不与金色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、巴氏杆菌和猪丹毒杆菌发生交叉反应。具有较高的重复性,方法简单,易于推广应用。 Dot-ELISA is recommended for Salmonella detection in meat andother food products.One hundred samples of exported meat and another10 samples which had been exposed to Salmonella were detected with Dot-ELISA for the existence of Salmonella.The results in the former casewere all negative while in the latter they were all positive.Comparedwith the convemtional cultural identification test,Dot-ELISA appeared tohave better sensitivity,specificity and reproducibility.The results ofboth tests were virtually identical.of 312 samples in slaughter process,positive rate of the test was 19.23%.The coincident rate of the two testswas as high as 99.36%.No crossreaction was observed between Salmonellaand Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Proteus,Pasteurella multio-cida and Erysipelothrix ehusipathiae.This technique proved to be simpleand convenient and took only 24 hours for the detection,3-4 days shorterthan required for the conventional test.
