There is no proper evaluation of the impact of highway construction on landscape,because now attention is just focused on one or two systems or courses.Landuse/cover change mechanism caused by highway construction is stu died from a wider point of view.It's considered that it's necessary to analyze the environmental impact caused by highway construction from landscape for strategic environmental evaluation and longterm landuse,and at the same time it is a great progress to the actual evaluation methods.
